According to the press release, the Dr. Julien Foundation will be opening brand new premises for its “Garage à musique” project on June 4th in Montreal, Canada. This renovation of the previous premises will allow the initiative to welcome more children to the project in the future.
Garage à musique is an initiative that offers children and youth the opportunity to acquire the tools to achieve a personal balance (physical, emotional , mental, spiritual, cultural and social) by a collective practice of music.
Since the Simple Plan Foundation has been proudly supporting this project for a couple of years now, so in this spirit, Sebastien Lefebvre from Simple Plan has been confirmed to be a part of this event, which will feature a concert entitled “Du baroque au rock, pour orchestrer ta vie”. The mayor of Montreal, Denis Coderre, will also be present for the occasion.
