The members of Simple Plan gathered for the last day of 2015 in Foxborough, MA yesterday to get everything ready for their big appearance at the NHL Winter Classic game between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens, which will be taking place today, January 1st at 1pm EST.
The event will be live-streamed at the NBC Sports website. In case the link won’t work for you, I will be live-tweeting the event on Twitter and if there are any other/better live-stream links, I will let you know. Since this is a rather important sports event, you may also be able to possibly watch it on some of your own sports channel on TV. Check your TV schedule! Simple Plan will be performing the Canadian national anthem in the beginning of the game and then will also perform in the break between the 2nd and 3rd period.
The guys arrived at the Gillete Stadium yesterday to do a little soundcheck and later went to celebrate New Year’s Eve with some of their crew to a local TGI Friday’s. Check out the final pictures of SP from 2015 in the gallery:
