More bus troubles & Simple Plan’s return to Calgary ‘minivan style’

It looks like this No Pads tour is out of luck when it comes to mobile vehicles. First, the opening band The Bottom Line had to leave their broken-down van in a dessert and hitchhike to the Vegas show, then Simple Plan had some troubles clearing their tourbus on the U.S./Canadian border and had to hitchhike to Vancouver and now… the bus troubles continue..

In one of his latest posts on Instagram, Jeff Stinco summed up what happened when the band wanted to leave Edmonton to Calgary and how they once again had to use different transportation to the city that they played:

“[about the picture he posted] That’s me thinking about our shitty tour bus breaking down all the time, while I’m on stage ;-) Last night, I might have gone to bed pretty late; our driver advised me that the bus wasn’t shifting gears and that we were stuck in Edmonton. This morning, we took three soccer mom minivans and drove to Calgary to play the show. Tour bus is fixed until it breaks again and we are ready for the show.”

As you can see, SP made it to Calgary just fine, which is why you can now check out some fantastic pictures from this show in our gallery:
