Since being the one to get the girl from Simple Plan in the end of their first music video (while being a part of the cast of The New Guy that included this song on its soundtrack), Donald Joseph Qualls has made an appearance in various movies and TV shows. Most notably fans may know him as Garth from “Supernatural” or from his guest role on “LOST”, “Breaking Bad” or “The Big Bang Theory”.

Eliza Dushku, for Simple Plan fans more commonly known as “the girl that made everybody fall for her in I’m Just A Kid” has since The New Guy been cast as the lead role in “Tru Calling” and also in Joss Wedon’s show “Dollhouse”. I also can’t forget one of her most famous roles – as Faith in “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” and “Angel”. Eliza is currently (2013) doing a voiceover for She-Hulk in the animated “Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.” series.

Zoe Myers has been in the acting/modelling world since early 2000’s. Her appearance in The Jonas Brothers’ music video for “Year 3000” led to a short relationship with Kevin Jonas and apparently inspiring their song “Video Girl”. Since then, Zoe has appeared in a couple of movies, but mostly concentrating on her music career as a singer.

Mario Armando Lavandeira, Jr. – professionally known as Perez Hilton, is a gossip blogger that is known for various controversial and very often also unapologetic posts about celebrities. Perez has been running his gossip site since 2004. After meeting (and partying with) Simple Plan at the 2006’s MMVAs, the band invited him for a guest role in their 2007 music video “When I’m Gone”.

Caitlyn O’Connor is an American model that has entered many beauty pageants in her early years and currently works as a model and actress. Besides having appeared in Simple Plan’s “Astronaut” music video in 2011, she has also previously worked with artists such as Sublime with Rome, Michael Bublé, Taylor Momsen, Ryan & Smitty, Yelawolf, New Found Glory, Snoop Dogg, and Chris Brown – either as an actress or a dancer.

Patrick Langlois is a long-time friend of the members of Simple Plan (known as the “6th member”), who used to take care of their merchandize, website, pictures and videos, co-founded Role Model Clothing and also started a radio show Man Of The Hour with Sebastien from Simple Plan. In 2009 he left Simple Plan after being offered a job as a video journalist for MusiquePlus. Since 2012 he’s been working for Tele V as a social media journalist on their morning show “Ça Commence Bien”. Patrick is still a close friend to Simple Plan and his and Seb’s radio show Man Of The Hour is currently in its 13th season.
