In just a few more weeks Simple Plan will be returning to the US again for their own headlining tour after a very long time. And they won’t be touring alone – the guys will be joined by the supporting acts The Cab, Marianas Trench and Forever The Sickest Kids.
Simple Plan have known FTSK for a while now – Pierre himself admitted in one interview that he enjoys listening to this band and during the last year’s Bamboozle Roadshow you could see him peeking at FTSK from the right side of the stage. And also we can’t forget the picture shown above – of David conversating with one member of Forever The Sickest Kids – also taken during the Bamboozle Roadshow 2010.
Female First recently published a new interview with Austin Bellow, in which the bassplayer of FTSK talks about the upcoming tour with Simple Plan:
You’ve got a tour coming up with another big pop-punk band, when you hit the road with Simple Plan. Are you excited for that?
Oh, I’m so excited dude! That was one of the bands I admired growing up. Actually, recently me and Jonathon [Cook, vocals] looked at all their music videos from their old albums. It’s another one of those bands we can mark off and say “Yes! We’ve toured with this band”.
