The first of the two promised announcements is here! In has been announced today that on June 9th, Simple Plan will be taking part in the Sound Of Music Kick Off event in Burlington, ON in Canada. 
This event serves as the kick off party to the popular Sound Of Music festival in Burlington.
Unfortunately while the festival itself is free, the kick off show – mostly due to the stellar line-up – is not. But not to worry – it’s all worth the performing acts! Besides Simple Plan, the attendees of the Kick Off event will be able to also see Sublime With Rome, The All-American Rejects, Everclear and Eve 6.
The festival also revealed a new picture of the whole band, which is now featured on their website. The image was taken last year. See it in full size in our gallery.
