For the upcoming No Pads tour in Mexico, possibly due to the fact that so many fans are expected to attend these four shows, Simple Plan decided to reinvent their VIP experience (also known as the “pizza parties”) for this tour only.
Instead of the usual Crowdsurge website that handles all the other VIP experience, the Mexican dates are being handled by a website called Soundrink. The difference between all the other previous VIP experience and the ones in Mexico is that three out of four of these dates (the exception being Guadalajara) offer not only the already popular Post-game party, but now also a Pre-game party. And while all the Post-game packages are already sold-out, you can still purchase the Pre-game packages for Puebla, Mexico City and Monterrey.
But what is the difference, you ask? It seems that there is absolutely no difference between the Pre-game and the Post-game perks-wise (early entry, first access to merch, photos with SP, laminate, poster etc.) – one simply takes place before the show and one after.
It is currently unknown whether SP Crew soundchecks will be taking place as well, since they were originally the “pre-game”. Only time will tell. The offer currently only applies to the dates in Mexico.
